HomeMy WebLinkAbout6915 - Resubdivision 233 Improvements1 SOLUTION NO. 2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE =CUTION 3 OF AN AGGREEME-NT WITH THE GRANVILLE, SUBDIVIDER, FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS IN . 4 RESUBDIVISIOd NO..233 5 6 llMREAS, there has been presented to the City Council 7 of the City of Newport Beach, an agreement in which The Granville, 8 subdivider of Resubdivision No. 233, agrees to construct street and 9 other public improvements necessary to serve said subdivision; and 10 WHEREAS, subdivider has furnished security to assure 11 the faithful performance under said agreement in accordance with 12 the Newport Beach Municipal Code; and 13 AREAS, the City Council has reviewed said agreement 14 and found the same to be fair and equitable and in accordance 15 with the provisions of the Code; 16 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City 17 Clerk be and are hereby authorized and directed to execute the 18 same on behalf of the City of Newport Beach at such time as said 19 security is approved by the City Manager as to sufficiency and the 20 City Attorney as to form. 21 1 ADOPTED this 23rd day of December 1968. 22 23 1 24 MC ^'• a Mayor 25 ATTEST: 26 yam% Clerk 28 °WIED As eW' © ^P9f�9Q 29 .......anus ............. .......... --� CITY CLERIC OF THE CITY OF NE ORS BEACH 30 31 11/29/68 32 TLW:ajr y _ -
