A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TWZ CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH APPROVING A STANDARD FORM
RENTAL AGREEMENT AND REGULATIONS FOR NEWPORT
MARINAPARK
WHEREAS, the City of Newport Beach is the owner of
that certain real property located in the City of Newport Beach
presently utilized as a trailer park and known as NEWPORT
MARINAPARK; and
WHEREAS, a standard form rental agreement and regu-
lations for the lease of space in NEWPORT MARINAPARK has been
submitted to the City Council for consideration; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the proposed
rental agreement that is to be executed by all tenants and the
City as lessor; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that said
agreement is fair and equitable for all parties;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
approves the terms of the proposed standard form rental agree-
ment and directs the City Manager to execute said agreement
with all tenants of NEWPORT MARINAPARK.
ADOPTED this 9th day of June , 1969.
