RESOLUTION NO.7 2 2 2
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY .OF_NEWPORT BEACH FIXING THE SALARY
OF. THE .CITY CLERK
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Newport
Beach has the power and duty to establish the salary of the
City Clerk; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 7007 established the salary
of the City Clerk, beginning July 1, 19699
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that effective
July 1, 1970, Resolution No. 7007 be rescinded, and that the
salary of the City Clerk, beginning July 1, 1970, shall be
$12,000
per
fiscal year,
payable in
monthly, semi-
monthly,
or biweekly
installments
as is most
convenient in the
ordinary course of the preparation of the City's payroll.
ADOPTED this Z9th day of June, 1970.
