A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION
OF COVENANTS CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS
BEING IMPOSED UPON.TRACT NO 7082
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach by The Irvine Company, a West
Virginia corporation, as owner and subdivider of Tract'No. 7082,
a document entitled "Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and
Restrictions, Orange County, California," whereby certain
covenants, conditions and restrictions are imposed upon said
tract; and
WHEREAS, The Irvine Company is the owner of all lots
in said tracts and proposes to impose said Declaration of
Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions upon said tract for the
benefit of all of the lots therein and for the benefit of the
adjoining land owned by the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said document
and determined that it adequately provides for the permanent
upkeep, maintenance, and payment of taxes on the common area
lots within said tracts, as required by Section 19.32.040 of
the Newport Beach Municipal Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and
City Clerk be and are hereby authorized and directed to execute
the said Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions
on behalf of the City of Newport Beach.
ADOPTED this 10th day of August, 1970.
