A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED FROM
• FRANK,iL. FREDERICKS AND AILEEN FREDERICKS
WHEREAS, there has been delivered to the City of
Newport Beach a certain grant deed wherein FRANK L. FREDERICKS
and AILEEN FREDERICKS, husband and wife, as joint tenants,
grant to the City the following described real property:
and
The southeasterly 25.00 feet of the northwesterly
55.00 feet of the southwesterly 15.00 feet of Lot
21 and the southeasterly 25.00 feet of the north-
westerly 55.00 feet of Lots 22 and 23, in Block 132
of Lake Tract, Newport Beach, in the City of Newport
Beach, County of Orange, State of California, as per
map recorded in Book 4, page 13 of Miscellaneous Maps,
in the office of the County Recorder of said County;
WHEREAS, it is to the interest of the City to accept
said grant deed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said grant deed
is hereby accepted and the City Clerk is authorized and directed
to execute and attach thereto a certificate of acceptance and
consent to its recording and to record said document in the
County Recorder's office.
ADOPTED this 21st day of December , 1970.
