A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION
OF A RENTAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH AND J. LAFE AND JEANNE.C.
LUDWIG COVERING RENTAL OF BUILDING LOCATED
AT 503 32ND STREET (CITY HALL ANNEX #2)
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City
Council of the City of Newport Beach a certain rental agree-
ment between the City of Newport Beach and J. Lafe and
Jeanne C. Ludwig for the rental of the building located at
503 32nd Street (City Hall Annex #2); and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the terms
and conditions of said agreement and found them to be fair
and equitable;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said agreement
is approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
aid directed the execute the same on behalf of the City of
Newport Beach.
ADOPTED this 29th day of May , 1973.
