Franchise Fee & PEG: • Per DIVCA, the City currently receives 5% video franchise fee and 1% PEG fees from AT &T. There will be no change to that, however as our customer base grows, the city can expect to receive more revenue from these fees from AT &T because the fees are based on a percentage of gross video service revenues. • AT &T will carry the City's PEG channels on U- verse.
