RESOLUTION NO. 8723
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE AN AMENDMENT TO THE
SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH AND LEADERSHIP HOUSING SYSTEMS,
INC. IN CONNECTION WITH THE ACCEPTANCE OF
IMPROVEMENTS IN TRACT NO. 7989 (BALBOA BLVD.
AND 19TH STREET)
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach a certain amendment to the
Subdivision Agreement between the City of Newport Beach
and Leadership Housing Systems, Inc. in connection with the
acceptance of improvements in Tract No. 7989 (Balboa Boulevard
and 19th Street); and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the terms
and conditions of said amendment and found them to be fair and
equitable, and in the best interests of the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach that said amendment to the
subdivision agreement above described is approved, and the
Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to
execute the same on behalf of the City of Newport Beach.
