RESOLUTION NO. 8779
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH ACKNOWLEDGING THE EDUCATIONAL
AND CIVIC CONTRIBUTIONS OF CERTAIN INDIVIDUALS
RETIRING FROM THE NEWPORT -MESA UNIFIED SCHOOL
DISTRICT DURING THE 1975 -76 SCHOOL YEAR
WHEREAS, the Newport Mesa Unified School District
and members of its staff who have announced their plans to
retire during the 1975 -76 school year are to be honored at
the June 3, 1976 meeting of the Costa Mesa Chamber of Commerce,
marking the 23rd anniversary of the incorporation of the City
of Costa Mesa; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Newport
Beach wishes to acknowledge the contribution of the retiring
staff members to the community;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach that the following listed employees
of the Newport -Mesa Unified School District are hereby recognized
for their 605 years of service to children and their continued
dedication to the maintenance of high educational standards for
our community:
