A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH APPROVING AN INDENTURE OF
EASEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH
• AND ORANGE COAST DEVELOPERS IN CONNECTION WITH
PROPERTY AT NEWPORT BOULEVARD AND VIA LIDO
(RESUBDIVISION NO. 516), AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City
Council of the City of Newport Beach a certain Indenture of
Easement between the City of Newport Beach and Orange Coast
Developers in connection with property at Newport Boulevard
and Via Lido (Resubdivision No. 516); and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the terms and
conditions of said Indenture of Easement and finds them to be
satisfactory and that it would be in the best interest of the
City to approve said Indenture and authorize the Mayor and
City Clerk to execute same;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach that said Indenture of Easement
above described is approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are
hereby authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf
of the City of Newport Beach;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach that the City Clerk is authorized and
directed to attach to said Indenture a certificate of acceptance
and consent to its recording and to cause said document to
be recorded in the Orange County Recorder's Office.
