A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH APPROVING AN AGREEMENT AND
• DECLARATION OF COVENANTS BETWEEN LANDOWNERS
WITH ORANGE COAST DEVELOPERS FOR SIDEWALK
CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE (RESUBDIVISION
NO. 516), AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City
Council of the City of Newport Beach a certain Agreement and
Declaration of Covenants Between Landowners with Orange Coast
Developers for sidewalk construction and maintenance (Resub-
division 516); and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the terms and
conditions of said Agreement and Declaration of Covenants
Between Landowners with Orange Coast Developers and finds them
to be satisfactory and that it would be in the best interest of
the City to approve said Agreement and Declaration of Covenants
and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute same;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach that said Agreement and Declaration
of Covenants above described is approved, and the Mayor and City
Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute the same on
behalf of the City of Newport Beach;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach that the City Clerk is authorized and
directed to attach to said Agreement and Declaration of Covenants
a certificate of acceptance and consent to its recording and
• to cause said document to be recorded in the Orange County
Recorder's Office.
