A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH ACCEPTING THE OFFER OF
RELINQUISHMENT OF VEHICULAR ACCESS RIGHTS
• FOR THE CALIFORNIA CANADIAN BANK, AND AUTHOR -
IZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A
GRANT OF VEHICULAR ACCESS RIGHTS IN CONNECTION
THEREWITH
•
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach an offer of Relinquishment of
Vehicular Access'Rights, together with a Grant of Vehicular
Access Rights, from the California Canadian Bank in connection
with Use Permit No. 1781 (Southwesterly corner of Campus Drive
and Jamboree Boulevard); and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the terms
and conditions of said offer of Relinquishment of Vehicular
Access Rights and Grant, and found them to be fair and equitable
and in the best interests of the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach that said offer of Relinquishment
of Vehicular Access Rights is hereby accepted and approved,
and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed
to execute said Grant of Vehicular Access Rights on behalf of
of the City of Newport Beach.
