A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
• OF NEWPORT BEACH ESTABLISHING SIGN PERMIT AND
RESIDENTIAL BUILDING RECORD FEES IN CONNECTION
WITH TITLE 15 OF THE NEWPORT BEACH MUNICIPAL
CODE, AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 9587

WHEREAS, Title 15 of the Newport Beach Municipal Code
establishes sign permit fees relating to buildings and construc-
tion within the City of Newport Beach; and
WHEREAS, the application and permit fees as set forth
in Title 15 of the Newport Beach Municipal Code are to be set
by resolution of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the fees
recommended by the City Manager and finds them to be fair,
equitable and reasonable,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach that the following schedule of
fees for application and permit fees in connection with Title
15 of the Newport Beach Municipal Code is established:
Section 15.16.060 - Exception Permits Application $ 145.00
Section 15.35.040 - Fees - Residential Building
Record $ 25.00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said fees shall become
effective as of July 1, 1980.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Resolution No. 9587 is
hereby rescinded.
ADOPTED this 27th day of
