A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH ACCEPTING THE OFFER OF
DEDICATION OF A 10 -FT. '.RADIUS CORNER CUTOFF AT
THE CORNER OF DAHLIA AVENUE AND EAST COAST
HIGHWAY (RESUB NO. 655)
WHEREAS, The Irvine Company has made an offer of
dedication of a 10 -ft. radius corner cutoff at the corner of
Dahlia Ave. and East Coast Highway in connection with
Resubdivision No. 655; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the offer of
dedication and finds that the acceptance of the offer of
dedication to be in the best interest of the City,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Newport'Beach that said offer of dedication is hereby
accepted.
ADOPTED this 8th day of June , 1981.
