A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED FROM
KIRK S. LAMB FOR A PORTION OF 205 39TH STREET
WHEREAS, there has been delivered to the City of
Newport Beach a certain Grant Deed dated July _, 1981, wherein
Kirk S. Lamb grants to the City of Newport Beach that certain
real property in connection with acquisition of a portion of 205
39th St., Newport Beach, California. A copy of said Grant Deed
is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference as
though fully set forth herein; and
WHEREAS, it is to the best. interest of the City to
accept said Grant Deed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach that said Grant Deed is hereby accepted
and the City Clerk is authorized and directed to execute and
attach thereto a Certificate of Acceptance and consent to its
recording and to cause said document to be recorded in the Orange
County Recorder's office.
ADOPTED this 14th day of July , 1981.

Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California,as per map recorded in
Book 4, Page 98 of Miscellaneous Maps in the office of the County Recorder of
said county described as follows:
Beginning at the most westerly corner of said Lot 13; thence northeasterly
14.28 feet along the northwesterly line of said Lot 13 to a point on the
northeasterly line of the southwesterly half of Lot 13, said point being the
True Point of Beginning; thence continuing northeasterly 7.15 feet along said
northwesterly line of Lot 13 to a line parallel with and 7.15 feet, measured
at right angles from said.northeast6'rly line of the southwesterly half of
Lot 13; thence southeasterly 83.00 feet along said parallel line to the be-
ginning of a tangent curve concave northerly and having a radius of 12.00
feet; the easterly 18.85 feet along said curve to the point of tangency
with the southeasterly line of said Lot 12; thence southwesterly 19.15 feet
along the southeasterly line of Lots 12 and 13 to said northeasterly line of
the southwesterly half of Lot 13; thence northwesterly along last said north-
easterly line to the True Point of Beginning.
