RESOLUTION NO. 82 -6
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE A CONSENT TO SALE OF
MOBILEHOME AND TRAILER SPACE IN NEWPORT
MARINAPARK (FELDMAN AND KOLBO)
WHEREAS, the City of Newport Beach is a party to that
certain Lease Agreement, dated March 23, 1976, for fifty.eight
(58) leases for trailer spaces, located in Newport Marinapark;
and
WHEREAS, said Lease Agreement provides that the Lessees
shall not sell, assign exchange or convey their respective mobile
homes or trailer spaces without the prior written approval of the
Newport Beach City Council; and
WHEREAS, the Lessee of Mobile Home Space No. 1 -D,
BERNARD L. FELDMAN, wishes to sell his interest in said Mobile
Home and Trailer Space to JOHN J. KOLBO and ARMETTA C. KOLBO; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Newport Beach
has no objection to the sale and transfer -of Mobile Home and
Trailer Space No. 1 -D.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach that the Mayor and City Clerk be and
hereby are hereby authorized to execute the Consent to Sale of
Mobile Home and Trailer Space, as hereinabove provided.
