• A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH SUMMARILY VACATING UNUSED
PUBLIC UTILITY AND INGRESS AND EGRESS EASE-
MENTS ON HARBOR POINT DRIVE AT INTERSECTION
WITH SAN MIGUEL DR. TRACT NO. 10625 (DWG #R /W
5454 -L)
WHEREAS, there are certain easements for ingress and
egress applicable to Tract No. 10625 (Harbor Point Drive at
Intersection with San Miguel Dr.) as more particularly set forth
and legally described at length on Exhibit "A" attached hereto
and incorporated herein by reference, and as depicted on Drawing
No. R/W 5454 -L, attached hereto as Exhibit "B" and incorporated
herein by reference as though fully set forth at length herein;
and
WHEREAS, the easements above- described have not been
used by the City of Newport Beach since acquisition and have re-
mained continuously unused by the City of Newport Beach for any
public purpose; and
WHEREAS, there are no public utility facilities in
place that would be affected by the vacation of these easements;
and
WHEREAS, the easements

the City of Newport Beach, that the easements legally described
on Exhibit "A" referred to above and depicted on the drawing
attached hereto as Exhibit "B ", be summarily vacated and
abandoned; and _
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk shall cause
a certified copy of this Resolution, attested by the City Clerk,
• under seal, to be recorded in the office of the Recorder for the
County of Orange; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that from and after the date
this Resolution is recorded, said easements legally described on
Exhibits "A" and depicted on Exhibit "B ", referred to above,
shall no longer be constituted public service easements.

Those portions of Lots A, 1 and 10 of Tract No. 10625 in the City of Newport
Beach, County of Orange, State of California, as shown on a map filed in
Book 481, Pages 6 through 9 of Miscellaneous Maps, in the Office of the
County Recorder of said Orange County, described as follows:
PARCEL 1
BEGINNING at the northerly terminus of that certain course in the easterly line
of Lot 1 of said Tract, shown on said map as having a bearing and distance of
"North 15000'00" West, 41.45 feet," said northerly terminus hereinafter re-
ferred to as Point "A "; thence along said easterly line the following courses:
South 15000'00" East 41.45 feet to a tangent: curve concave westerly and having
a radius of 20.00 feet; thence southerly along said curve 8.49 feet through a
central angle of 240.19'42" to the TRUE POINT" OF BEGINNING; a radial line from
said point bears North 80040'18" West; thence continuing southerly along said
curve and easterly line 0.10 feet through a central angle of 0017'30" to a
point of reverse curvature with a curve concave easterly and having a radius of
35.00 feet; thence southerly along said curve 30.08 feet through a central
angle of 49014'24" to a point of reverse curvature with a curve concave south-
westerly and having a radius of 20.00 feet; thence southerly along said curve
8.59 feet through a central angle of 24037'12" to a point of cusp with a line
tangent to said curve, said point hereinafter referred to as Point "B ", thence
leaving said easterly line North 15000'00" West 21.36 feet along said tangent
line to a tangent curve concave westerly and having a radius of 75.00 feet;
thence northerly along said curve 16.35 feet through a central angle of 12029'37"
to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
CONTAINING: 111 Square Feet, more or less.
TOGETHER WITH that portion of the 3.00- foot -wide public utility easement shown
along the easterly line of Lot 1 on said map lying between hereinabove described
