A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH APPROVING THE
STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS FOR PUBLIC WORK
CONSTRUCTION, 1982 EDITION; WORK AREA
HANDBOOK, 1982 EDITION;
EDITION;
WHEREAS, the Public Works Department of the City of
Newport Beach has presented to the City Council certain publica-
tions which are desired by the Public Works Department to be used
in regards to City of Newport Beach public works projects; and
WHEREAS, said publications are the Standard Specifica-
tions for Public Works Construction, 1982 Edition, Work Area
Traffic Control Handbook, 1982 Edition; City of Newport Beach
Design Criteria for Public Works Construction, 1982 Edition; and
City of Newport Beach Standard Special Provisions and Standard
Drawings for Public Works Construction, 1982 Edition; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to approve said
publications as the standards to be followed for City of Newport
Beach public works projects,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach hereby adopts said publications as the
standards to be used for City of Newport Beach public works
projects.
