RESOLUTION NO. 83-57
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH MODIFYING RESUBDIVISION AND
TENTATIVE MAP FILING FEES IN CONNECTION WITH
TITLE 19 OF THE NEWPORT BEACH MUNICIPAL CODE, TO
BECOME EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 1983 AND RESCINDING
RESOLUTION NO. 82 -90
WHEREAS, Title 19 of the Newport Beach Municipal Code established
resubdivision and tentative map filing fees within the City of Newport Beach;
and
WHEREAS, the resubdivision and tentative map filing fees as set forth
in Title 19 of the Newport Beach Municipal Code are to be set by Resolution of
the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the fees recommended by the
City Manager and finds them to be fair, equitable and reasonable,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the city of
Newport Beach that the following schedule of fees for resubdivision and
tentative map filing fees in connection with Title 19 of the Newport Beach
Municipal Code is established:
Section 19.12.010
Filing of Map $1320.00
Fee per lot $ 45.00
Section 19.12.040A
Subdivisions containing less than 5 lots
Filing of Map $ 330.00
Section 19.12.040)
Appeal Fee
$ 240.00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date for said fees shall be
July 1, 1983.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council may, at its discretion,
waive all or a portion of the Planning Department development fees set forth
in this Resolution for projects with low and moderate income housing;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Resolution No. 82 -90 is hereby rescinded.
