A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OF BAYVIEW
LANDING PARCEL A AND PARCEL B OF PARCEL MAP 95 -137
(RESUBDIVISION NO. 1041) AS RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE
ORANGE COUNTY RECORDER.
WHEREAS, the City of Newport Beach approved Parcel Map 95 -137 (Resubdivision No.
1041) on December 14, 1998, which established Parcels A, B and C; and
WHEREAS, Parcel A and Parcel B are offered to the City by the Irvine Company as
open space parcels in conformance with the requirements of the "Circulation Improvement and Open
Space Agreemenf' (CIOSA) executed between the Irvine Company and the City of Newport Beach; and
WHEREAS, the dedication of the open space parcel must be accepted by the City of
Newport Beach before it can be opened to the general public; and
WHEREAS, the open space parcels are legally described as Parcel A and Parcel B of
Parcel Map 95 -137.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Newport
Beach that the dedication of the open space Parcel A and Parcel B of Parcel Map 95 -137 is hereby
accepted in conformance with the requirements and conditions set out in the CIOSA; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor be authorized to execute the Resolution of
Acceptance, to be recorded in the Office of the Recorder of the County of Orange.
ADOPTED this 25th day of January, 1999.

hereby certify that the whole number of members of the City Council is seven; that the foregoing
resolution, being Resolution No. 99 -4, was duly and regularly introduced before and adopted by the
City Council of said City at a regular meeting of said Council, duly and regularly held on the 25th
day of January, 1999, and that the same was so passed and adopted by the following vote, to wit:
Ayes: Adams, Glover, Ridgeway, Noyes, Mayor O'Neil
Noes: None
Absent: Thomson, Debay
Abstain: None
