A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 84 -78
EXTENDING THE TERM OF THE "CANNERY
VILLAGE /MCFADDEN SQUARE SPECIFIC AREA PLAN
REVIEW CITY COUNCIL AD HOC COMMITTEE" TO
• DECEMBER 30, 1985
•
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Newport Beach
previously adopted Resolution No. 84 -78 establishing the "Cannery
Village /McFadden Square Specific Area Plan Review City Council Ad
Hoc Committee" which, among other things, set forth the duties
and responsibilities of that Committee; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 84 -78, the "Cannery
Village /McFadden Square Specific Area Plan Review City Council Ad
Hoc Committee" was required to expire on April I, 1985 unless
extended by the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Newport Beach
desires to extend the term of the " "Cannery Village /McFadden
Square Specific Area Plan Review City Council Ad Hoc Committee"
to December 30, 1985.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach that the "Cannery Village /McFadden
Square Specific Area Plan Review City Council Ad Hoc Committee"
be and hereby is extended to expire on December 30, 1985; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution is subject
to all other terms, and conditions contained in the original
Resolution No. 84 -78 establishing this Corrmittee, and said
provisions shall remain in full force and effect until December
30, 1985.
