A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH ESTABLISHING BUSINESS LICENSE
FEES FOR SKILL AND AMUSEMENT GAMES
WHEREAS, Ordinance Number 87 -18 was adopted by the City
Council of the City of Newport Beach on June 22, 1987; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance Number 87 -18 stated that the skill
and amusement game fees shall be established by Resolution of the
City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to hereby establish the
skill and amusement game fees.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach as follows:
The following fees are established as the fees to be
charged for skill and amusement games:
$55.00 per machine, per year.
ADOPTED this 13th day of July, 1987.
