A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH ESTABLISHING BUSINESS LICENSE
FEES FOR THE AMUSEMENT BUSINESS IN THE "FUN
ZONE"
WHEREAS, Ordinance Number I17 -20 was adopted by the City
Council of the City of Newport Beach on June 22, 1987; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance Number 87 -16 stated that the
amusement business in the Fun Zone fees shall be established by
Resolution of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to hereby establish the
amusement business in the Fun Zone fees.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach as follows:
The following fees are established as the fees to be
charged for each amusement business in the "Fun Zone:"
Annual fee $75.00, plus $7.00 for each station,
seat, chair, handle or other facility.
ADOPTED this 13th day of July, 1987.
