A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH ESTABLISHIING DRIVER'S PERMIT
FEES
WHEREAS, Ordinance Number 87 -26 was adopted by the City
Council of the City of Newport Beach on June 22, 1987; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance Number 87 -26 stated that driver's
permit fees shall be established by Resolution of the City
Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to hereby establish the
driver's permit fees.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach as follows:
The following fees are established as the driver's
permit renewal fee: $6.00
ADOPTED this 13th day of July, 1987.
