A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
PURCHASE AND ACCEPT DEEDS FOR ACQUISITION OF
MOBILEHOMES AT DE ANZA VILLAGE MOBILEHOME PARK
FOR COAST HIGHWAY WIDENING PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City of Newport Beach desires to acquire the
ismobilehomes at DeAnza Village Mobilehome Park for Coast Highway
widening project in a timely fashion; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to authorize the City
Manager to exercise authority to purchase and accept deeds for
acquisition of mobilehomes at De Anza Village Mobilehome Park for
Coast Highway widening.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach as follows:
The City Manager is hereby authorized to purchase and
accept deeds for acquisition of mobilehomes at De Anza Village
Mobilehome Park for Coast Highway widening project.
The foregoing authority shall not be deemed to authorize
the City Manager to accept fee simple interests in real property
on behalf of the City.
