A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH AMENDING
RESOLUTION 87 -107 ESTABLISHING BUSINESS
LICENSE FEES FOR RACING EVENTS.
WHEREAS, Ordinance Number 87 -23 was adopted by the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach on June 22, 1987; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance Number 87 -23 stated that the special event
fees shall be established by Resolution of the City Council;
WHEREAS, Resolution Number 87 -107 was adopted on July 13, 1987,
establishing special event fees; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to hereby establish a special
event fee for racing events.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Newport Beach as follows:
The following fee is established as the fee to be charged for
special event permits:
Foot or Bicycling Races: $100.00
IT IS FURTHER Resolved by the City Council of the City of
Newport Beach that all other provisions of Resolution Number 87-
107 shall remain the same and be in full force and effect.
