RESOLUTION NO. 91 -42
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH REVISING THE PRICE SCHEDULE FOR SALE
TO THE PUBLIC OF BOUND VOLUMES OF THE NEWPORT BEACH
MUNICIPAL CODE AND SUPPLEMENT SERVICE FOR THE CODE,
AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 8151.
WHEREAS, on July 25, 1966, the City Council adopted
Ordinance No. 1170 which enacted into law the Newport Beach
Municipal Code of 1966; and
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 6424, adopted on August 8,
1966, Resolution No. 7035, adopted on July 28, 1969, and
Resolution No. 8151, adopted on December 10, 1973, the City
Council revised the schedule of prices for the sale to the
public of bound volumes of the Newport Beach Municipal Code,
supplement service for the Code, copies of the City Charter,
and separate pages of the Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has found it necessary to amend
said schedule of prices in order to compensate for increases
in printing and reproduction costs of the bound volumes of the
Municipal Code and its supplement service;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the new price
schedule is as follows:
Bound volumes of the Municipal Code
Municipal Code Binders
Supplement service for the Code
City Charter
Separate Code pages
