A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH
ESTABLISHING FEES FOR A SPECIALTY FOOD
SERVICE PERMIT PURSUANT TO AMENDED SECTION 20.72.015
OF THE NEWPORT BEACH MUNICIPAL CODE.
WHEREAS, the amended Section 20.72.015 of the Newport Beach Municipal
• Code provides that fees be established by resolution of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered all fees recommended by the
Planning Director and finds them to be fair, equitable and reasonable; and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City
of Newport Beach does hereby establish the following Schedule of Fees as the amounts to
be deposited with the City pursuant to the amended Section 20.72.015 of the Newport Beach
Municipal Code:
A. Specialty Food Service Permit $50.00
B. Appeal of Specialty Food Service
Permit to the Planning Commission $375.00
C. Appeal of Specialty Food Service
Permit to the City Council $375.00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the fees shall become effective on
May 11 , 1994, the effective date of Ordinance No. 94 -17.
