A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH ESTABLISHING A FEE SCHEDULE
FOR THE NEWPORT BEACH FIRE DEPARTMENT
• WHEREAS, California State law provides that a local agency may
•
establish a fee for the cost of providing services to the public, which fee shall not
exceed the actual cost of providing the particular service; and
WHEREAS, the fees set forth hereinafter represent the reasonable cost to
the City of Newport Beach in providing Fire Department services:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Newport Beach as follow:
1. The fees provided on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated
by reference are established as the fees to be charged for services
provided by the Newport Beach Fire Department;
2. The fees shall become effective May 9, 1995
