A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH ESTABLISHING NO PARKING — TOW
AWAY (EXCLUDING BUSES) ADJACENT TO 1601 16TH
STREET BETWEEN 8:30 A.M. AND 2:30 P.M., MONDAY
THROUGH FRIDAY, AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION
NO. 200740
WHEREAS, Section 12.40.190 of the Newport Beach Municipal Code
provides, among other things, that when authorized signs are in place giving notice,
standing or parking of vehicles will be subject to removal thereof as the City Council shall
designate by Resolution; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to restrict the parking of vehicles, excluding
busses, as follows:
1. South side of 16"' Street — from 20 feet east of the driveway at
1601 16'h Street, easterly, to 120 feet for approximately
100 feet in length.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of
Newport Beach that the parking of vehicles, excluding buses, shall be restricted and
subject to removal between 8:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, on the street
segment herein designated.
Adopted this 23rd day of October, 2007.

resolution, being Resolution No. 2007 -69 was duly and regularly introduced before and adopted by
the City Council of said City at a regular meeting of said Council, duly and regularly held on the
23rd day of October 2007, and that the same was so passed and adopted by the following vote, to wit:
