A Conditional Use Permit may authorize a reduction in parking if:
Parking Management Plan demonstrates fewer spots are
needed based on type of use or other available parking,
Off -site Parking - Parking spaces are secured off -site on
another property, or
Shared Parking - Differing operational characteristics (i.e.,
hours of operation) of multiple on -site uses create shared
parking conditions
