This meeting will serve as the Committee kick-off meeting for the Zoning Code
Rewrite. This will provide the Committee the opportunity to meet the consultant
team and discuss the project. The following topics are on the agenda:
• Committee expectations for updated Zoning Code
• Committee Comments on and prioritization of list of 32 specified issues
(attached for your reference)
• Zoning Code organization and format, relationship to Municipal Code (the
pros and cons of keeping the Zoning Code in the same format as the
Municipal Code)
