Agenda Item No. 1 — Approval of minutes for November 18, 2009. Action: Committee approved draft minutes. Vote: Consensus 2. Agenda Item No. 2 — Draft Zoning Code Review — A. Residential Development Standards Comparison Matrix, B. Draft Canyon Overlay District Standards: Action: The Committee reviewed the Memo and provided the following action and suggestions: ■ Further look into the requirement for individual property owners to obtain site specific biological surveys ■ Further look into canyon issues with the Fire Marshall Public Comment on this item: Jessica, from the Irvine Terrace Homeowners Association, expressed concerned with the new open space requirement affecting Irvine Terrace. Staff explained that it will not affect Irvine Terrace because they are only permitted one story by the Homeowners Association therefore, the open space would always be provided. 3. Agenda Item No. 3 — Items for Future Agenda None, the Committee is on-call for a January meeting if necessary. Vote: Consensus 4. Agenda Item No. 4 — Public Comments on non -agenda items None. 5. Agenda Item No. 5 — Adjourn Meeting adjourned at 4:50 p.m.
