PLANNING DEPARTMENT PRIORITIES. (4:45 P.M.) Action: Discuss and provide direction to staff on priorities and resources. 4. MOORING BATES WITHIN THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH. (5:30 P.M.) Action: Discuss and provide direction to staff on whether or not the mooring rates should be adjusted.
