TO: Honorable Mayor and Members of the City Council

SUBJECT: UNSCHEDULED VACANCY ON THE CITY ARTS COMMISSION
RECOMMENDATION
Appoint one of the two nominees to fill the vacancy on the City Arts Commission,
which was created as a result of the resignation of Pat Brubaker. The successful
applicant will be appointed to fill Ms. Brubaker's unexpired term, which expires on
June 30, 2001.
BACKGROUND
On November 8, 1999 the Council confirmed the nominations of Lila Crespin and Tom
Staple to the City Arts Commission.
