CALL MEETING TO ORDER II. APPROVAL OF MINUTES MINUTES OF OCTOBER 16, 2014 III. PUBLIC HEARING ITEM(S) ITEM NO. 1. Acacia Tentative Parcel Map (PA2014-130) 600 and 600 1/2 Acacia Avenue (Council District 6) Summary: A Tentative Parcel Map for two-unit condominium purposes. No exceptions to Title 19 (Subdivision Code) development standards are proposed with this application. An existing residential dwelling would be demolished and replaced with a new duplex. The Tentative Parcel Map would allow each unit of the duplex to be sold individually. Recommended Action: 1) Conduct a public hearing; and 2) Adopt Draft Zoning Administrator Resolution No. _ approving Tentative Parcel Map No. N P2014-013. CEQA Compliance: The project is categorically exempt under Section 15301, of the State CEQA (California Environmental Quality Act) Guidelines - Class 1 (Existing Facilities). ITEM NO. 2. 312 Dahlia Place Tentative Parcel Map (PA2014-104) 312 Dahlia Place (Council District 6) Summary: A Tentative Parcel Map for two-unit condominium purposes. No exceptions to Title 19 (Subdivision Code) development standards are proposed with this application. An existing triplex will be demolished and replaced with a new duplex. This tentative parcel map would allow each unit to be sold individually. Recommended Action: 1) Conduct a public hearing; and 2) Adopt Draft Zoning Administrator Resolution No. _ approving Tentative Parcel Map No. N P2014-010. CEQA Compliance: The project is categorically exempt under Section 15315, of the State CEQA (California 1 Environmental Quality Act) Guidelines - Class 15 (Minor Land Divisions). IV. PUBLIC COMMENTS ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS Public comments are invited on non-agenda items generally considered to be within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Committee. Speakers must limit comments to three (3) minutes. Before speaking, we invite, but do not require, you to state your name for the record. The Committee has the discretion to extend or shorten the speakers'time limit on non-agenda items, provided the time limit adjustment is applied equally to all speakers. As a courtesy, please turn cell phones off or set them in the silent mode. V. ADJOURNMENT If in the future,you wish to challenge in court any of the matters on this agenda for which a public hearing is to be conducted,you may be limited to raising only those issues which you(or someone else)raised orally at the public hearing or in written correspondence received by the City at or before the hearing.
