Re: Presentation of Books in Celebration of Children's Book Week
In celebration of National Children's Book Week, November 13 - 19, the children of Newport
Beach have written books entitled Why I love My Library — 2000.
At the November 14, 2000 Council meeting, faculty and students from the public schools in
the City will be present their handmade books to the City Council and the library. These
original books will be added to the Local History Collection at the Central Library.
Andersen School — Alexandria Gladstone, 2nd grade teacher, with student

Harbor View Elementary — Stephanie Wallace, 3rd grade teacher, with 1 student
Lincoln Elementary — Mrs. Thompson, 3rd grade teacher, with students
