SUMMARY: Report of the actions of the Planning Commission
Item I regarding 151 East Coast Highway (Use Permit 3684) was continued to May 3rd at the request of the
applicant. (6 Ayes, I Absent)
Item 2 regarding 500 Superior Avenue (Use Permit 3684) was continued to May 3rd at the request of the applicant.

Item 3 regarding 2902 West Coast Highway (Use Permit 2001 -008) was continued to May 3rd at the request of the

Item 4 regarding Senior Housing in the GEIF District (Resolution of Intent) was approved and is subject to call up
by the City Council. (6 Ayes, I Absent)
Item 5 regarding Proposed Development Plan Review Procedures will be studied by a Planning Commission sub-
committee and returned to the Commission on May 17th. The Commission expressed its intent to discuss the
proposed Procedures at a joint study session with the City Council before formal initiation of the Code
Amendment. (6 Ayes, I absent)
