The Committee is comprised of Council Members Glover, O'Neil and Proctor. The Committee is advisory only and its authority is limited to matters related to the proposed extension of the John Wayne Airport Settlement Agreement. Staff anticipates that preparation of Settlement Agreement amendments will take place over the next 90 days and additional work on the amendments may be required during the summer. Accordingly, staff is recommending that the term of the Committee be extended to September 2002. Recommendation: That the City Council approve an extension of the term of the John Wayne Airport Settlement Agreement Extension C mittee until September 30, 2002. Robert Burnham
