APPLICANT: City of Newport Beach Introduction and Background The City is seeking to amend the adopted Transportation Demand Management (TDM) Ordinance so that it remains consistent with the regulations enforced by the South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) and keeps the City eligible for Measure M funding.
