SUBJECT: ITEM 31 —APPROVAL OF DONOR AGREEMENT
ISSUE:
Staff requests that this meeting be continued due to an inability to reach agreement on
several important terms. Staff will continue to negotiate with the potential donor and will
attempt to bring this back at the January 10th meeting.
RECOMMENDATION:
Continue until January 10, 2006.
