Coastal Commission postponed till January — giving Coastal staff more time to prepare Add temporary moorings and floating docks in H and K fields for dislocated Rhine vessels AL LyF Log Boom Log Boom back at its most effective position at North Star Beach Traps debris before it enters the Lower Bay Regularly maintained by General Services who corals the debris, dries it on the beach and hauls away. Boom previously relocated near the Coast Highway Bridge during the Upper Bay dredging project for safety reasons e. Balboa Marina Public Access Slips ■ Harbor Commission reviewed concept plans on October 20 Irvine Company and City staff met with Linda Isle residents on November 9. * Next Steps Irvine Company requests a pre -HC meeting with 3 Harbor Commissioners in mid January to review final plans HC to officially review project at the February meeting Other Issues Balboa Island Bulkhead Report Current under final review by Public Works staff Bay Island Project No movement on this project from Harbor Resources perspective. Still need Coastal Commission approval.
