Sediment Chemistry Report completed March 5th. Applications to the agencies are last hurdle Coastal Commission has stated it would be relatively simple, and could get approved by June (assuming application submitted by April 20) Corps requires 120 days, but that could be shorter, maybe Water Board — unknown at this time.
