(3) — weight, chain, buoy (3) — Helix anchor + Seaflex (or hybrid) Sea lion deterrents Place floats in multiple mooring fields Solicit feedback from renters and permittees Next Steps ► May 14: Solicit Harbor Commission comments ► May 21: Final Public Outreach Meeting (5:00 PM, Civic Center Community Room) ► June 10: City Council Study Session. Final Report, Input, Proceed?
