Speakers are limited to three minutes. CONSENT CALENDAR NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC All matters listed under Consent Calendar (1-6) are considered by the Commission to be routine and will all be enacted by one notion in the form listed below. The commission members have received detailed staff reports on each of the items recommending approval. There will be no separate discussion of these items prior to the time the commission votes on the nation unless members of the commission, staff, or the public request a specific item to be discussed and /or removed from the Consent Calendar for separate action. Members of the public who wish to discuss a Consent Calendar item should come forward to the lectern upon invitation by the Chair, state their name and Consent Calendar item number, and complete the sign -in card provided at the podium. Bench Donation To accept a bench donation from J. Dean Moilner to be installed adjacent to the boardwalk at 10th Street (Item 4) and West Ocean Front. 5, Bench Donation To accept a bench donation from William Patrick to be installed adjacent to the bluff at (Item 5) Cliff Drive Park. 6. 38th Street Basketball Courts To accept recommendations for refurbishment of the basketball courts at 3so Street Park. (Item 6) DISCUSSION ITEMS 7. Discussion of Use at Lookout Point, Inspiration Point and Obstruction on Beach (Item 7) Discussion /decision of recommendations of Recreation Activities Committee for use and amendment of Municipal Code and City Council Policy 1-4. 8. Newport Village Scoping Session for development of a passive view park. 9. Tree Reforestation Discussion /decision of request by Frank Colver for reforestation for 320 Morning Star Lane. (Item 9) 10. Tree Reforestation Discussion /decision of request by James Hietbrink for reforestation for 619 Larkspur Avenue. (Item 10) 11.
