History • Mr. and Mrs. James M. Hietbrink, property owners of 619 Larkspur Avenue, respectively, have submitted the attached Tree Reforestation Request form pursuant to City Council Policy G -1 requesting the reforestation of one Eucalyptus tree adjacent to their residence. n U Staff has attached a Tree Inspection Report, Tree Appraisal, and photographs related to the request. Discussion The applicant has requested a tree removal under the Reforestation guidelines per the G -1 Policy. The applicant had applied for tree removal on August 2, 2001. However, the applicant lacked certain items under the City Council Policy G -1, therefore the delay. All the G -1 Policy criteria have been met. The applicants have provided a petition approving the removal and will assume all removal and replacement costs of this request. All requirements of Council Policy G -1 have been met and staff is recommending approval of the request.
