518. RESOLUTION 2009 -90: EARLY RETIREMENT INCENTIVE PROGRAM
AUTHORIZATION AND ORGANIZATIONAL RESTRUCTURING.
Action: a) Adopt Resolution No. 2009 -90 approving the Early Retirement
Incentive Program and the associated budget amendments and b)
authorize the City Manager to rehire certain employees pursuant to
Council Policy F -20 and in accordance with PERS requirements subject
of ratification of the contracts by Council in January 2010.
