Re: Item No. 2 - Troesh Residence Appeal (PA2015-122)
This item was originally scheduled for the July 21, 2016, meeting, but was
continued to the August 18, 2016, meeting at the request of the applicant.
The applicant now requests that the item be removed from the agenda to allow
them additional time to investigate further design alternatives. The project will be
noticed to the public in advance of a future Planning Commission meeting.

The applicants, Jon and Elsa Troesh, respectfully request removal of PA 2016-122 from the August
18, 2016 Planning Commission agenda. Mr. and Mrs. Troesh have been working with the project
architect to further refine their proposed residence in response to neighbor input.
We look forward to continuing the City review process upon completion of refined plans by the
