12 Corporate Plaza Drive, Newport Beach
Dear Ms. Biddle:
This letter is regarding the Entry Permit dated August 3, 2016 which grants the right to enter The
Irvine Company LLC managed Common Area located near 12 Corporate Plaza as described in
Exhibit A. Please note that the Term has been modified to allow for overnight parking of
the 45 vehicles from 9/7/16-9/9/16.
