This Irrevocable offer shall not expire. Upon completion of construction sewer line along the southerly property line, City shall vacate the sewer easement bisecting the property, It is understood and agreed that the City and its public agency successors or assigns shall not assume any responsibility for the offered parcel of land or any improvements thereon, or therein, until such offer has been accepted by appropriate action of the City. This offer of dedication shall run with the land and be binding upon all assigns, heirs and successors in interest.
